You may return items sold by sophiehird.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging. You will be refunded once the item has arrived at the sender address. 

We offer a 14-day guarantee from delivery for any manufacturing defects. However, due to the nature of keyrings as everyday-use items, we do not offer refunds or replacements for general wear and tear, accidental damage, or breakage after use. 

Made-to-order and one of a kind pieces are non refundable.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as the cost of the original shipment, will not be refunded.
